Mrs. Beverly Harper, an amazing woman of God and person in general, went home to be with Jesus. Leaving a legacy so dear to our hearts, Mrs. Beverly always lived her life to the fullest, and everyone was so blessed by her presence. She did many things for our church and her family out of the kindness of her heart. Known as the maker of a "second-to-none" carrot cake and plate of lasagna, she always thought of others before herself. Until the Lord comes to take us all home to live with Him forever, her legacy will never be forgotten. The fabulous Mrs. Beverly Harper is in perfect peace and comfort, and in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. We all love you so much.

Mrs. June went home to be with Jesus in the year of 2020. Mrs. June was a very special woman, who desired to serve the Lord, and loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a member of our church and choir. She was always such a joy to be around, and always found a way to make someone laugh. The church not only remembers her for her heart, but also for her cooking skills. She could make really good ham! We will miss her being here on earth, but one day we will see her again at the pearly gates of Heaven.

In Loving Memory of Ms. Jane Barker
1951-2021
Jane Barker our sister in Christ has gone to be with the Lord. Jane is a beloved member of His Way Fellowship since 2001. Jane touched our lives with her wit, humor, generosity, and her great desire to serve the Lord faithfully. Jane was a church leader when it came to gathering and distributing school supplies for our children and children in the community. She also headed up a card ministry for the church so that every member could feel special on their birthday, anniversary, or whatever occasion came around. She was affectionately known as our “Salad Lady” which she always brought to each ladies gathering. She always kept things very lively in our group, she loved studying the Bible with her sisters in Christ and sharing her latest bargain find. Jane also gifted us yearly with Easter and Fall Festival candy, stuffing our bags with all our favorites. She also gave candy to the children in her neighborhood. She provided materials for whatever play or project our church was involved in or where ever she saw a way to be a blessing to us, from cups, peanuts, spoons to water. Jane found a safe place to be herself, a place where she felt loved and appreciated, a place where she found people to count on. Through encouragement, she quit smoking 12 years ago, and was thankful for the support. Jane found friendships and family here at His Way Fellowship and stated often that she was very thankful to be apart of our church family. Jane will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Thank you, Ms. Jane Barker for touching our lives in such a special way.
